Custom Aligner Fabrication

Wearing & Progressing Through Aligners

How long does Invisalign treatment take?

Does Invisalign hurt?

Most patients experience mild pressure or soreness for the first day or two after switching to a new aligner — a sign that the teeth are moving. This discomfort is typically much less intense than the adjustment soreness associated with traditional braces.

Can I eat and drink with my aligners in?

You should remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything other than plain water. Eating with aligners risks cracking them and trapping food against your teeth. The good news is there are no food restrictions — just pop them out, enjoy your meal, brush, and replace them.

Are the aligners really invisible?

Very nearly. The clear plastic is almost undetectable in normal conversation, and the attachments (small tooth-coloured bumps bonded to certain teeth) are subtle enough that most people won't notice them unless they're looking closely.

What if I'm not happy with my result?
