4. Appointment Policies
Cancellations
We request at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50–$100 depending on the length of the appointment. We understand emergencies happen and will consider each situation individually.
No-Shows
Patients who miss an appointment without notice (no-show) may be charged a no-show fee of $75–$150. Patients with two or more consecutive no-shows may be required to provide a deposit to schedule future appointments or may be discharged from the practice at our discretion.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to book certain procedures, including but not limited to implant consultations, Invisalign start appointments, and complex restorative work. Deposits are applied to the cost of treatment and are fully refundable with sufficient cancellation notice.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if completing the appointment would delay subsequent patients. We will make every effort to accommodate you when possible.
